At Books, we want you to love your next great read, so we offer a 30-day return policy for books in their original, unread condition. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your library is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Books

  Carefully place the books in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer with protective padding to prevent spine damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized postal service location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
