The Story
Born in 1817, Louis Brisson was a brilliant Roman Catholic priest. He served as a teacher to seminarians and had a gift in the field of natural sciences. He even constructed an astronomical clock that still runs today! During a time of social imbalance, Brisson provided care and education for young workers. He founded the Oblate Fathers, Brothers and Sisters of Saint Francis de Sales.
